喷吹铌精矿直接合金化工业性试验

摘　　要：在１０ｔ转炉钢包中用喷射冶金方法实现铌精矿直接合金化的试验结果，铌回收率可达８０％；在喷粉剂中配加２０％Ｓｉ－Ｃａ粉，可控制喷吹过程中［Ｃ］、［Ｓｉ］含量基本不变；喷吹时［Ｓ］略有降低，［Ｐ］没有变化；喷粉剂中Ｓｉ－Ｃａ对Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３，夹杂有变性作用，经喷吹清洗后使钢的纯洁度明显提高。The test of direct alloying with niobium concentrate in a 10 t ladle of converter wasmadehmeans of injection,The results obtained from the test area;follows.The niobium yieldamounts to 80%。 By adding the proper ratio of Si - Ca in the injection powder, [Si] and [C] arestable, The content of [S] decreases slightly in injection process. However,content of [P] doesnot alter yet.The morphology of Al_2O_3 inclusion can be improved and the amount of inclusions is obviouslv deereased.
