摘  要:提出了大型球罐热处理在非稳态传热状态下的温度场差分计算公式和温度梯度计算公式。论证了差分方程的恒稳性,并对升温、保温、降温阶段的边界条件进行了讨论。给出降温阶段的温度梯度与保温层厚度的关系曲线和进排气孔径尺寸的关系曲线。经工程实测表明,相对误差小于3%。The differential calculation formulas of the temperature field and the temperature gradient are presented for large scale hoctonspheres annealing with non-stationary heat transfer. The stabilities of the differential equations are verified and the boundary conditions in the stages of temperature rising,holding and dropping are discussed.The temperature gradient dependence currves of the thermal insulation layer thickness and the scale of the exhaust hole in the stages of temperature dropping are presented.The operation investigation has verified that the relative error is less than 3%.
