摘 要:长城特殊钢公司(30~35t)单嘴精炼炉冶炼轴承钢试验表明,合理的脱氧工艺为:电弧炉不加铝终脱氧出钢+单嘴炉真空碳脱氧+硅、铝沉淀脱氧。这种工艺可使轴承钢氧含量达到10~20ppm,其中≤15ppm的占50%,无点状夹杂。文中分析了各种工艺因素对轴承钢氧含量的影响,并提出了合理的工艺因素。More than 100 heats experiments on bearing steel deoxidization were carried out by the(30 ~ 35)tons single-snorkel refining furnace at Changcheng Special Steel Co. The detailed results show that reasonable deoxidization process is as follow:steel tapping without final A1- killed + VCD treating + Si、A1 deoxidizating. The content of the oxygen of bearing steel treated with the above process is in the range of 10~20 ppm,less than 15 ppm constituting 50%,and the globular inclusions was not found. On the basis of the the analysises of the factors affecting the oxygen content,the reasonable deoxidization parameters were suggested.
