脱碳粒铁在电弧炉中的应用

摘　　要：进行了生铁、直接还原铁（ＤＲＩ）和脱碳粒铁作为电孤炉原料时，收得率和能耗的对比。在我国，用脱碳粒铁远比用ＤＲＩ经济。提出了使用脱碳粒铁的参考工艺，介绍了几家国内电炉钢厂使用脱碳粒铁的情况。As a charge material for electric frnac,comparisons in yield and energy consumption among pig iron,DRI and decarburized granulated iron are made. However,it is much more eco nomical applying decarburized iron than DRI in China. The technology of using decarburized iron is mentioned for reference. Some cases of using decarburized iron in Chinese plants are briefed.
