摘　　要：通过对喂线工艺的前吹氩、插入的水平位置、喂线速度及后吹氩四个问题的探讨，推导出前吹氩环流时间，气泡柱最大直径，喂铝线与喂硅钙线的喂线速度，后净化时防卷渣的最大吹氩量等方程式；并针对工业生产的实际需要，提出喂线技术的上述四个问题的工艺操作参数。The four important problems with regard to wire feeding technology,which are the argon blowing before and after feeding,the feeding speed and the horizontal position of penetration are discussed. Then,the equations of the circulation time of argon blowing before feeding, the maximum diameter of bubble column,the feeding speeds including feeding Al and Ca-Si wires,and the maximum quantity of argon blowing for anti-rolling slag up are deduced.Finally,combined with the industrial practice,the operating parameters concerning the above problems are proposed.
