摘 要:以30tEBT超高功率电炉为初炼炉和40tLF(钢包炉)作为精炼炉,使用CaO-CaF_2系固体合成渣对Q235钢进行钢包炉内脱硫工业试验。在本试验条件下,当EBT电炉初炼钢液[S]_初=0.035%~0.081%时,最佳精炼渣碱度R_b=(%CaO)/(%SiO_2)为2.0~2.6或R_f=[(%CaO)+(%MgO)]/[(%SiO_2)+(%Al_2O_3)]为1.5~2.0,渣指数(CaO)/(SiO_2):(Al_2O_3)在0.17~0.26为宜,终渣中Σ(FeO)+(MnO)含量应≤2.0%,渣量应在1.4%以上。对精炼后钢液中Σ[O]和[N]的分析表明,其氧化物夹杂和氮含量大为降低,均能满足试验钢种的质量要求。Using 30 t EBT ultra high power EAF as primary melting furnace and LF as refiningfurnace,industrial test for desulfurization of Q235 steel is conducted in ladle furnace with syntheticsolid slag of CaO-CaF_2 system. Under the test condition, when primary molten steel in EBT EAFcontains[S]_ini=0.035%~0. 081%,the optimum basicity of refining slag R_b=(%CaO)/(%SiO_2 )is 2.0~2.6 or R_f=(%CaO)+(%MgO)]/[(%SiO_2)+(%Al_2O_3)] is 1.5~2.0; slagindex (MI)(CaO)/(SiO_2):(Al_2O_3) should be controlled in range of 0.17~0.26;Σ(FeO)+(MnO)of final slag should be≤2.0%and slag mass is more than 1.4%. And by analysis ofΣ[O]and[N]contents in refined molten steel,it is found that oxide inclusions and nitrogencontent are sharply reduced and quality requirements of tested steel can be satisfied.
