摘  要:本文用X射线衍射的ODF分析和电子显微分析技术对IF钢中析出相对织构转变的影响进行了分析研究。结果表明,热轧过程中织构的形成与奥氏体{111}_r和〈110〉_r取向以及平行轧面的晶粒晶面的相对畸变大小有关,同时受动态再结晶作用;冷轧过程中由于析出相对{110}〈111〉和{112}〈111〉滑移系开动的影响不同,则对各种轧制织构转变也不同;在退火过程中,退火织构的形成受随机取向晶粒中析出相和冷轧织构晶粒中析出相的作用,即受随机取向晶粒中形核与长大及原有取向小晶粒的长大控制。By means of X-ray diffraction ODF analysis and electronic microscopic analysis,the influence of precipitated phase in IF steel on texture transformation was investegated. The results show that the formation of texture during hot rolling process is related to the{111}_r and〈110〉_r orientation of austenite and the relative distortion of crystal plane parallel with rolling plane,at the same time, the formation is also acted by dynamic recrystallization. Because of different influences of precipitated phase on starting of {110}and {112}〈111〉slide systems,the rolling texture transformations are not alike. The formation of annealing texture is affected by precipitated phases in random orientated grain and cold-rolled texture grain,i.e,by nucleation and growth in the random orientated grain and growth of original orientated small grain.
