摘  要:用有限单元法计算了高炉“陶瓷杯”炉缸的稳态温度场及炉衬炉壳间相互作用的热应力,并绘制了等温线田、热变形图及应力分布图。根据应力分布图,验证了炉缸“象脚”状侵蚀区乃热应力所致这一机理,提出了选择适当的膨胀缝能使热应力降到允许值。In this paper,the steady state temperature field of a ‘ Ceramic Cup’hearth is calculated by the FEM method,the counter lines of temperature and the hearth deformation due to temperature are ploted out.The temperatures and the prssures of liquid iron are considered as the structural loads acting at the hearth. The stresses distribution diagrams and the hearth deformations are ploted.From the stress diagram, it is evident that the mechanism of the‘Elephant-foot Wear’in hearth is due to the thermal stresses. Reasonable option of the expansion gap may be reduced it to the appropriate level.
