高碳高铬铸铁的组织及其磨蚀行为研究

摘　　要：设计了高铬白口铸铁的化学成分，研究了不同碳含量与热处理对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明，高碳高铬白口铸铁在ｐＨ＝３～７的弱酸性和中性介质中使用，其性能达到或超过硬镍１号水平，而且成本又比较低，具有广阔的应用前景。The chemical composition of high chromium white cast iron is designed.The effects of different carbon contents and heat treatment on the microstructure and properties are studied The experimental results show that the high chromium.white cast iron with high carbon content has the good properties, which approach or exceed the properties of Ni-hard type l alloy white cast iron in the media with value of pH=3～7,and has lower cost and the wide application range.
