摘  要:本文综述了国内外近廿年来有关低碳低合金钢中发裂的一些重要实验结果,指出当这类钢用于重要用途时,仍不可忽视预防发裂的问题,并应在相应的技术条件中有所规定。钢板中的发裂因与偏析疏松线相重合,在低倍组织试样中不易辨认,应用超声探伤配合水平断口检查加以判断。This paper summarizes the important experimental results about hairline cracking in low-carbon HSLA steels in the last twenty years. It indicates that to prevent the flakes from coming into being is still a crucial problem,which should not be neglected when this kind of steels is used for some important applications,and this event must be stipulated in the technical specifications related.Owing to the overlapping of the fine fissures with the segregation streaks in the macrostrueture of steel plate,the hairline cracking can not be distinguished easily.It is suggested that a horizonal fracture examination in combination with ultrasonic inspection may be the most reliable and effective method to identify them.
