摘 要:应用美国雷克公司TN-314氮测定仪步进升温的特性,测定了低碳铝镇静钢中氮化铝所含的氮。分析试样是低碳铝镇静钢1.0mm厚的冷轧板经罩式退火炉退火(退火气氛92%~96%N_2+8%~4%H_2,退火温度730℃,退火时间67h)的试样。退火后钢中的大部分氮(约占钢中总氮80%左右)已与钢中铝生成了氮化铝。本文是针对这种试样所作的析测定方法探索。Nitrogen content in the aluminum nitride of low carbon Al Killed steel was measured using U.S.TN-314 nitrogen measurement meter with a feature of stepping-up temperature rise.It is justified through analysis that the testing piece is taken form 1.0 mm thick weldrolled sheet of Low carbon AI killed steel being process in a bell type annealing furnace(annealing atmosphere is 92%~96%N_2+8%~4%H_2,annealing temperature 730°and annealing time 67h).Most of the nitrogen in steel has changed into Aluminum nitride through reaction with Al in steel.The present paper deals with the method for measurement and analysis on the steel.
