摘  要:采用振动法处理了16MnJ钢60mm厚的焊接试验钢板,经过振动处理后,高应力区的焊接残余应力显著降低。为振动法应用于超厚钢板制成的大型焊接构件提供了参考依据。The heavy section welding plates of 16MnJ were stress relieved by vibration method and as a result the welding residual stress was significantly reduced in the high stress area of the plate, thus providing helpful referential evidence to the application of VSR method to the large welding structure made of heavy section steel plate.
