低合金半镇静钢16NbCub的研究

摘　　要：论述了含Ｎｂ低合金半镇静钢１６ＮｂＣｕｂ的试验、研究结果及其应用情况。证实１６ＮｂＣｕｂ钢通过控轧可使其铁素体晶粒细化到１０μｍ以下，达到压力容器用钢对强度和韧性的要求，经制作大量的中低压石油化工压力容器，其使用效果良好。Experimental test,results and application of Nb bearing low alloy semi-killed steel 16Nb Cub are expounded in the paper. It is proved that controlled rolling is of advantage for 16Nb. Cub steel to fine the ferritic crystalline grain up to 10μm. And the requirements of steel for pressure vessel usage has been achived, which has obtained excellent results by manufactruing pressure vessels with median and low pressure for petroleum chemistry industry in large amount.
