摘  要:描述了武钢冷轧厂罩式退火炉内钢卷的温度分布和渗碳体级别变化规律,分析了不同退火温度条件下的渗碳体形貌和尺寸。结果表明,在罩式退火炉里钢卷外圈保温时间和退火温度均超过了钢卷内圈,钢卷外圈较内圈容易产生超标渗碳体。This paper has described the temperature distribution of the coil and law of variation in the class of cementite in the box annealing furnace of cold Rolling Mill WISCO,and analysed the shape and the dimesion of cementite at different annealing temperature. It is shown that in the box annealing furnace both the time of temperature holding and annealing temperature of the outer round are higher than that of the inner round.And therefone the former is apt to produce disqualified cemehite compared to the latter.
