200m^3／h煤气平焰烧嘴的热态试验研究

摘　　要：通过２００ｍ￣３／ｈ煤气平焰烧嘴的热态试验，得到了该烧嘴的燃烧火焰形状尺寸和Ｐ－Ｖ特性数据。结果表明该烧嘴燃烧稳定，燃烧能力达到４７５ｍ￣３／ｈ，调节比达到１∶５．４，可以满足武钢热轧厂３号加热炉的工艺要求。The shape and dimessson of the flame burning in the burner nozzleand the char-acteristic data of P-V have been obtained by the experiment of heetstate of burner with 200m￣3/h gas flat flame.It is shown that the burner nozzle can meet the process require ment of No.3 heat-ing furnace in Hot Rolling Mill WISCO with its stationary burning and burner capacithy of 475m￣3/h and reulating ratio of 1∶ 54.
