摘  要:近年来,电工钢中的晶界偏聚问题已受到材料科学工作者的普遍关注。本文首先对杂质元素在晶界偏聚引起的一些有关的基本物理冶金现象做了简要介绍,进而对锡、锑改善无取向电工钢成品织构的作用,磷对无取向电工钢的脆化作用,硼、氮、硫在含硼高磁感取向硅钢中抑制初次晶粒正常长大的作用,锡、锑提高Hi-B取向硅钢中抑制剂的强度以及促进二次再结晶发展的作用进行了较为详细的讨论。In recent years,much attentions were paid by many material specialists to the problem of grain boundary segregation in electrical steels, In this paper,fol-lowing a brief introduction of some important phenomena of grain boundary segrega-tion,detailed discussions are given on the effects of trace element segregation to grain boundaries on electrical steels, such as improving the final texture of non-oriented electrical steels by tin or antimony,embrittling non-oriented electrical steels by phos-phorus,inhibiting the normal grain growth of the boron containing high induction grain一oriented silicon steel by nitrogen, boron and sulfur, enhancing the inhibitor in-tensity and promoting the secondary recrystallization of the Hi-B grain-oriented sili-con steel by tin or antimony.
