小型连轧工艺模拟诊断

摘　　要：归纳了小型连轧生产基本约束条件，分析了约束条件的模糊特性，建立了约束条件的隶属函数，开发了小型连轧工艺模拟诊断的计算机软件。实践证明它是分析小型连轧工艺的有效方法。Basic constraint equations and their fuzzy properties for bar steel continuous rolling have been induced and analysed. The attaching funtions of the constraint equations have been established.The software system of fuzzy simulation diagnosis for the technology of bar steel continuous rolling has been developed. It is proved that the system is a effective method for analysing the technology of rolling。
