H_8DOTP的合成、结构及其铒配合物

摘　　要：合成了１，４，７，１０－四氮杂环十二烷－１，４，７，１０－四甲撑膦酸（Ｈ８ＤＯＴＰ）配体，测定了晶体结构。晶体属单斜晶系，Ｐ２／ａ空间群，晶胞参数：ａ＝１．８１１３（４），ｂ＝１．４４５２（３），ｃ＝１．８２１５（４）ｎｍ，β＝９７．６４（３）°，Ｖ＝４．７６６０（１８）ｎｍ３，Ｚ＝４，Ｄｃ＝１．５２８ｇ／ｃｍ３，还合成了Ｈ８ＤＯＴＰ铒配合物。The ligand 1,4,7,100-tetraazacyclodoecane-1,4,7,10-tetrakis(methylenephosphonic acid),abbreviated to H8DOTP,was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method.The crystal is monoclinic with space group P2/a.The cell parameters are a=1.8113(4) nm,b=1.4452(3) nm,c=1.8215(4)nm,β=97.64(3)°,V=4.7660(18) nm￣3,Z=4,Dc=1.528g/cm￣3.The final R is 0.078,Rw=0.083.And H8DOTP complex with erbium was synthesized in aqueous solution.
