摘　　要：研究了以吡嗪－２，３－二羧酸（ＰＹＤＡ）为荧光试剂应用导数荧光技术同时测定Ｅｕ^（３＋）、Ｔｂ^（３＋）的最佳条件、共存离子的影响和Ｅｕ^（３＋）、Ｔｂ^（３＋）－ＰＹＤＡ配合物的配合比、稳定常数及发光机理。Ｅｕ^（３＋）、Ｔｂ^（３＋）的检测限分别达４．０和２．０ｎｇ／ｍＬ，利用本方法成功地测定了稀土试样中铕、铽的含量。The paper studies the stoichiometry and the fluorescence emitting mechanism of Eu￣(3+),Tb￣(3+) complexes with pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid. The optimum conditions of simultaneous determination for Eu￣(3+), Tb￣(3+)by derivative fluorometry are established. The interference of other ions is investigated. The detection limits of Eu￣(3+), Tb￣(3+)are 4.0ng/mL and 2.0ng/mL, respectively. This method for analyzing the amount of Eu￣(3+), Tb￣(3+)in rare earth samples has been proved to be satisfactory.
