摘　　要：芳氧乙酸苯甲羰甲酯衍生物的研究史延年，方建新，李士明（南开大学元素有机化学研究所，天津，３０００７１）关键词ω－溴代苯乙酮，芳氧乙酸苯甲羰甲酯，合成，生物活性２，４－二氯苯氧乙酸及对氯苯氧乙酸作为有效的植物生长调节剂已得到广泛的应用．作者曾合成多种新...Nineteen new derivatives of phenylcarbonylmethyl aryloxyacetate were synthesized by the reaction of potassium aryloxyacetate with bromomethyl phenyl ketone using 18crown-6 as the phase transfer catalyst. Their structures were identified by IR, 1H NMR,MS and elementary analysis. The results from the preliminary biological test show that some of these compounds enhanced or inhibited the growth of wheat coleoptile. The stimulating wheat coleoptile growth abilities of Ip and Iq are similar to or higher than that of the parent regulator──2 ,4-D and 4-CPA.
