正常和病变膝关节滑膜襞的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：用扫描电镜观察了6例正常和病变的成人膝关节滑膜襞。正常滑膜襞表面光洁,圆柱状绒毛清晰,细胞突起呈网丝状或圆柱状,病变滑膜襞则表面粗糙.绒毛变细,排列紊乱,并有受压及局部粘连现象.The synovial folds of knee joint of 6 normal and pathological cases were observed with a Hitachi S-450 SEM. The normal synovial fold had a smooth surface with clear villi, and the cell projections were filiform or round; while the pathological synovial fold showed a roung surface, on which the villi were more slender disorderly arranged and even compressed, and in some places the pathological cells adhered together.
