摘  要:传统的瓷绝缘子几乎无法满足特高压线路对绝缘子吨位大、重量轻、耐污好、维护少的要求.合成绝缘子在我国已取得长足发展,到1994年底将占领线路绝缘子市场的10%左右.20年后出现持高压时,预计合成绝缘子将占领超高压线路绝缘子市场的1/3以上.合成绝缘子的许多优点在特高压线路上将表现得更加充分,而且其价格预计仅为瓷绝缘子价格的一半甚至更低,目前应抓紧特高压大吨位合成绝缘子的研制。另外合成套ZnO避雷器、组合绝缘支柱绝缘子、合成绝缘套管及套筒等都是有机外绝级在特高压系统极有希望的发展方向。The traditional porcelain insulator is almost impossible to meet the requiremellts of UHV transmmission lines, such as high electro-mechanical strength, light weight, good anti-pollution performance and less maintenance. The composite longrod insulator develops very quick in china. By the cnd of 1994, it amounted to about 10% of the market of line insula-tors. And it is estimated that this proportion will rise to more than 1 / 3 when UHV appears in china 2O years later. The compositc longrod insulator will be much more advantageous in UHVthan in EHV systems. The price of composite longrod insulator will be only 50% or even less than 50% of that of porcelain insulators. And now the devclopment of high strength UHV com-posite longrod insulator should be started as soon as possible. Other orsanic insulation products,such as rubber sheath of ZnO arrester, hybrid post insulator, composite bushing and cylinder,are all the very promising products for UHV transmmission lines.
