摘 要:以端羟基液晶聚酯(In7E)为介晶基元,制备了液晶双马来酰亚胺共聚物,该共聚物表现出较好的热致液晶性和热关联性。研究了HTE含量变化对液晶特性的影响,初步研究了该类共聚物树脂玻璃布层压复合材料的力学性能,结果表明液晶热固性聚酰亚胺复合材料具有较高的热稳定性和抗弯曲强度。A series of liqiud crystalline thermoset copolymers containing bismalemides based on hydroxyl terminated liquid crystalline polyester as a mesogenic unit was prepared. Good nematic behaviors and crosslinkable properties of copolymers were obtained. The liquid crystalline texture could be maintained in crosslinked networks. Active energy of gelation is higher than 104J/mol. Temporature resistance index of cured copolymer is higher than 200 ℃. The copolymer matrix glass cloth composites were studied, and the flex strength of composites was investigated. The compatibility between copolymer and glass cloth investigated. The compatibility between copolymer and glass cloth was observed by scaning electron microscopy.
