摘 要:将化学氧化法制备的酸掺杂聚苯胺(PAn)压制成片,直接或经过氩气辉光放电等离子体处理后,在水溶液中以过硫酸氨为引发剂接枝共聚丙烯酸(AA)。考察了有关实验条件和诸因素对表面接枝共聚的影响。并通过反射IR、SEM和XPS分析了接枝表面的结构和形态。结果表明,在过硫酸氨的引发作用下,AA能在酸掺杂的PAn表面发生接枝共聚反应,而经过氩气辉光放电处理后的PAn表面,则更有利于提高丙烯酸的接枝密度。在PAn表面AA的接枝量愈多,其表面亲水性愈好,而导电率则随之下降。SEM照片显示PAn表面接枝的AA呈絮状分布。In this paper,the surface of different acid -doped polyaniline(PAn),synthesised with chemical oxidation method,have been subjected to glow discharge plasma treatment followed by grafting copolymerization with acrylic acid(AA).The effects of different surfce treatments have been studied by measuring the water contact angle and conductivity.The results showed that the surface of PAn was modified to hydrophilic by grafting AA.The glow discharge plasma treatment before the grafting copolymerization led to increase the grafting density of AA onto the surface of PAn and got more hydrophilic surface.The surface coposition and morphology of PAn under the different treatment were characterized by reflection FT-IR, SEM and XPS.
