摘 要:利用IR、DSC分析技术研究了桐油改性酚醛树脂的固化过程及其动力学。实验结果表明,这类改性树脂的固化过程分为3个阶段:①在100~160℃范围内出现一个复杂的挥发吸热峰;②在150~240℃范围内出现一个宽广、平缓的固化放热峰;③在240~260℃范围内出现一个较小的第二固化峰。随着甲醛/苯酚摩尔比的增加,改性树脂的表观活化能降低,固化速率加快。在160~180℃下固化7~15min,这类改性树脂固化趋于完全。与未改性酚醛树脂相比,由于桐油改性酚醛树脂骨架上引入了桐油柔性长支链,阻碍了苯环上羟甲基的碰撞反应,使体系的固化反应活化能增加,因此固化反应须在较高温度下进行。In this paper,the curing behaviors and kinetics of phenolic resins modified with tung oil were investigated by IR,DSC.Experimental results were show that the curing process of these modified resins was divided into three stages:①the volatile endothermal peak was at 100~160 ℃;②the first curing exothermal peak was at 150~240 ℃;③the second curing peak was at 240~260℃.The apparent activation energy in thermal curing was decreased and curing rate was increased as the F/P molar ratio increased, the curing process was tended to reach perfection cured 7~15 min at 160~180℃.Compared with uumodified PF,the curing reaction was taken place at higher temperature for the flexible long branch-chains of tung oil were bonded on the backbones of PF,the collision reaction of phenolic-CH2OH groups was resisted and activation energy of curing reaction was increased.
