摘 要:用粉末干混法制备结晶/结晶共混体系PPS/PEEK,并用DSC研究了不同熔融温度下淬火PPS及PPS/PEEK共混物中PPS的结晶熔融行为。熔融温度(T_(melt))高于360℃时,对PPS的结晶熔融行为有影响,结晶温宽(△Tc)随T_(melt)提高而加宽;PEEK加入及PEEK含量增加,使PPS的结晶、熔融温度下降。共混物中PPS的结晶熔融行为受T_(melt)影响更大。Crystal/Crystal blends of poly(phenylene sulfiede) and poly (ether ether ketone) (PPS/PEEK) have been prepared by powder mixing and melting at different temperatures. The crystallization and melting behavior of PPS and PPS in quenched blends have been investigated by differeatial scanning calormetry (DSC).The temperatures of crystallization and melting of PPS shift to lower temperature as PPS is melted above 360 ℃. The breadth of the crystallization exotherms (△Tc) increases as the T(melt) is increased. The temperature of crystallization and melting of PPS decrease by addition of PEEK and with increasing of PEEK content. The crystallization and melting behavior of PPS in PPS/PEEK blends is geatly influnced by the T(melt).
