摘 要:以聚氨酯(PU)为浇铸料,用就地灌注的工艺制造层合玻璃中间层。研究证明,合成透明聚氨酯浇铸料所用延伸剂类型和合成工艺对层合玻璃的光学性能有直接的影响。对各因素条件下制得的试样,用扫描电镜、粘弹谱、核磁共振、红外光谱等仪器对聚合物结构进行了微观分析,获悉所述条件下制取的试样未出现相分离和结晶,而某些基团数量的增加会使光学性能降低。The interlayer of laminated plastic articles was fabricated by using polyurethane as cast material through the cast-in-place process.The variety of chain extenders applied for synthesis of transpartent PU and synthetic technology had much influence upon the optical characteristics of transparent plastic articles, in addition to the moisture content in raw materials and environmental humidity.By means of scanning electron micrograph (SEM),dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and infrared (IR),the microstructure of specimen obtained in different conditions was studied. However, no phase separation was found, but the more content of certain organic groups contained in PU resulted in poor optical characteristics of articles.
