摘  要:影响二元多相共混物拉伸强度的结构因素主要有:共混组成、界面粘接强度、相形态。建立了包括以上3种因素在内的描述二元多相共混物拉伸强度的通式。并考察了通式对3个不同共混体系的适用性。The ultimate tensile strength(P)of binary heterogeneous polymer blends is influenced not only by blend composition(Φ1),but also adhesion of the interface and morphology of the blends.In this paper a general formula of ultimate tensile, strength of binary heterogeneous blends was put forward.This formula was found to describe the dependence of the observed P on Φ1 very well.Parameters F and M calculated from the least-squares regression fit of experimental data to the general formula, were found to provide insight into the effects of interface adhesion and morphology of blends.
