摘  要:分别采用两种不同的方法,制得两种水溶性含硫纤维素衍生物CMCSH和CMCS。CMCSH仅能溶于pH>11的碱性溶液中,水溶性较差是由于在反应中发生分子间交联所致。而CMCS的水溶性很好。衍生物的红外和紫外光谱均表明,衍生物中带有含硫功能团。CMSH中的含硫基团主要是以巯基(SH)形式存在;而在CMCS中含硫基团主要是以硫醚结构形式存在。两种衍生物均可用元素分析法测定其含硫量,但对于CMCSH,还可用碘量法测定其SH含量。衍生物在室温下,具有很好的储存稳定性,但在较高温度和碱性条件下,易发生酯基水解,造成含硫功能团减少。两种衍生物对金离子均有絮凝回收作用,对于10mL10μgAu/mL的金液,衍生物用量在0.015g以上时,对金回收率可达95%以上。Two water soluble sulfur-containing cellulose derivatives, CMCSH and CMCS,had been prepared by two different reaction routes. The water-solubility of CMCSH was not as good as that of CMCS. because CMCSH was crosslinked due to the intermolecular esterification in acidic condition during the reaction of CMC with sulfhydryl acetic acid. IR and UV spectra of both derivatives showed that there were sulfur-containing founctional groupe formed in both derivatives. The sulfur-containing group in CMCSH is SH, but in CMCS is-S-. The SH content or S content of both derivatives could be determined by elemental analysis, and the SH content in CMCSH could also be determined by iodometry. Both CMCSH and CMCS were stable at room temperature in solution as well as in solid state , but the ester groups would hydrolyze resulting in the decrease of SH and S content in alkaline solution at 80 ℃. Both CMCSH and CMCS could floccuate and recover gold from diluted goldcontaining solution. The optimum dosage for both derivatives is 0. 015 g for 10 mL 10μg/mL goldcontaining solution , and the recovery efficiency of gold might reach 95% or higher.
