摘  要:以环己烷为连续相,司班60为分散剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用后期添加聚合单体的办法反相悬浮聚合合成粒径增大的高吸水性聚丙烯酸钠树脂。研究了分散剂、引发剂、交联剂用量,后期添加单体量、搅拌速度以及链转移剂对吸液性能和树脂粒径的影响。制得的树脂吸去离子水率为1700mL/g以上,吸0.9%NaCl溶液100mL/g以上。A super water-absorbent resin was synthesized by means of inverse suspension polymerization, in which the continuous phase was cyclohexane, dispersing agent was Span 60,crosslinking agent was N, N-'methylene bis-acrylamide and iniator was potassium persulphate.For attaining the enlarged particle size, a small amount of monomer was added in the later period of polymerization. The relationships between the capacity of liquid-absorption and particle size of the resin and the amount of dispersing agent, initiator , crosslinking agent, additional monomer, chain transfer agent and stirring speed were studied. The absorption amount of the resin is more than 1700 ml/g and 100 ml/g in case of deionizing water and 0. 9 % NaCl solution, respectively.
