稻壳SiC晶须分离提纯的中试研究

摘　　要：研究出了一套切实可行的分离提纯以稻壳为原料生产的ＳｉＣ晶须的工艺技术。研究表明。应用该工艺不仅能有效地使ＳｉＣ晶须与颗粒分离，获得高品位的晶须产品，而且可以使高质量的晶须得到富集，并可依据制作补强、增韧材料时对晶须的不同要求得到两种不同规格的ＳｉＣ晶须产品。Afeasible and economic technology of separation and purification of SiC whisker which was madefrom rice hull has been provided.It was found from the pilot test of separation and purification of thewhisker that this technology resulted in high efficiency of separation and high grade of SIC whisker productwhich is rich in high quality SiC whisker.Two kinds of SiC whisker product with different specifications forthe demand of reinforcement of composite materials can be produced by this separation technology.
