影响T/C织物涂料罩印遮盖效果的若干因素初探

摘　　要：涂料罩印是仿制传统防拔染印花的有效手段,具有简化工艺、节约能源、减轻污染等优点。但在初步的实际应用中,暴露出白花变色、着色变萎等问题。本文基于实验,分析在T/C织物上造成这些问题的原因,以及影响涂料罩印遮盖力的若干因素,提出改善建议。Pigment over printing is an effective method when imitating traditional resist and discharge printing procedure with these advantages of simple process, energy saving and reducing pollution. But on practice, it is still remained some problems, such as colour changing on white patterns and dim hue. The author analyses the causes of these defects on T/C fabrics, and some factors influencing topping printing effectiveness, and presents improving proposals.
