摘　　要：离心萃取器用于反胶束溶液萃取牛血清白蛋白陆强，李宽宏，施亚钧（华东理工大学化学工程研究所，上海２００２３７）关键词离心萃取器，反胶束溶液，牛血清白蛋白１前言以表面活性剂溶于非极性有机溶剂所形成的反胶束溶液为萃取剂，提取与分离水溶液中的蛋白质，是一种有...According to the characteristics.of reversed micellar solution,a cylindrical centrifugal extractor Model HL-20 was tested as the equipment for the extraction of BSA.The hydraulic characteristics of this installation were investigated.The entrainment in raffinate was lower than 5%, entrainment in extract was about zero,and the stage efficiency was above 95% under appropriate conditions. All of these verified that the cylindrical centrifugal extractor is applicable to protein extraction by reversed micellar solution.
