纯收缩期高血压心室充盈功能的研究

摘　　要：以脉冲频谱多普勒心脏超声研究34例纯收缩期高血压（SH）患者的心室充盈功能，12例健康者作对照。结果显示SH存在左室充盈功能障碍（LVFD）和右室充盈功能障碍(RVFD），且与收缩压（SBP）、病程、左室重量指数（LVMI)显著相关。年龄与心室充盈功能无显著相关性。两心室充盈参数呈高度正相关。认为SH的心室充盈功能障碍与SBP升高、病程、心脏结构改变均有关系,两室的压力交互效应和共用一个室间隔可能是其充盈功能障碍相互关联的重要机制。Right and left ventricular filling function was studied with pulsed doppler echocardio-graphy in 34 isolated systolic hypertensives（ISH）.Twelve normal subjects served as control. The results showed that the left and right ventricular filling dysfunction in ISH were related to systolic blood pressure（SBP） and the duration of disease. Left ventricular filling dysfunction was also related to left ventricular mass index. The relation between ventricular filling and age was not significant. High degree positive correlation between right and left ventricular filling parameters was found. The mutual effect of pressures in two ventricls and the sharing of common interventricular septal may be the important causes of the filling dysfunction in both two ventriles.
