摘　　要：ZN12—10型真空断路器的环氧玻璃钢拉杆在污秽受潮状态下,沿面闪络电压低于额定电压,闪络事故难以避免。用硅橡胶护套的合成绝缘拉杆能够增加爬距以满足GB3906国标的要求,其干闪电压增加近20％,污闪电压提高一倍以上,能确保绝缘拉杆工作的可靠性。The flashover voltage of a FRP (Fiber-glass Reinforced Plastic) rod under the wet pollutant condition is lower than the rated voltage, so the flashover failure is unavoidable. The silicone rubber composite insulating rod (a FRP rod covered with silicone rubber sheds) increases the creepage distance to sa-tisfy the demands of the national standand GB3906. Its dry flashover voltage in-creases by nearly 20% and the pollution flashover voltage by more than 100%. It ensures the operation reliability of the insulating rod. More than 6 000 pieces of sili-cone rubber composite rods have been used on ZN12-10 vacuum circuit breakers with satisfactory results.
