高原不同海拔地区正常成人世居和移居者脾脏大小CT观测及研究

摘　　要：为探讨高原居民的脾脏大小和形成这种现象的原因，作者整理、测量、统计了１７６例不同海拔地区（２２６０ｍ～４２００ｍ）的世居和移居者的脾脏ＣＴ横断图像。结果表明：世居相对移居者脾脏较小，移居者脾脏较大Ｐ＜０．０５；在高原地区，世居和移居者的脾脏不随海拔高度的增加而增大，并对造成这种现象的原因进行了分析；同时也分别统计出在海拔２２６０ｍ～４２００ｍ地区世居和移居者男女正常成人的脾脏大小值，为进一步研究高原居民的脾脏功能打下基础。his paper reported the size of spleens of adults living at several high altiudes(2 260 4200m)by CT images.The results showed that the spleens of lmmigrants were bigger bigger than natives(P<0.05).There was no significant tcorrelation between the size of spleen and altitude elevation inboth natives or immigrants,the reason of which was disctised.The statistical data of splenic sizeof healthy men and women,natives or migrator;living at 2 260～4200m above sea level were alsoreported for the futher use of splenic function.
