高原断肢（指）再植248例临床分析

摘　　要：我们于１９７８年至１９９４年，在高原环境条件下开展断肢（指）再植手术２４８例，成活率为９０．８％。文中着重分析了高寒、缺氧对断肢（指）再植的影响，并提出了处理方法。48 cases with severed limbs or fingers underwent replantation at high altitude,The survival ratewas 90.8%。The factors influencing replantation of severed limbs and fingers such as high altitude,cold,hypoxia were analysed and the treatment were discussed.
