青海省黄南地区（2450m）藏、土族健康老年人血中巯基（─SH）含量的测定研究

摘　　要：作者采用电流滴定法对青海省黄南地区藏、土族健康老年人１１３名（藏族７０人，土族４３人）进行了全血—ＳＨ、游离血—ＳＨ与血清—ＳＨ含量测定。结果显示：全血—ＳＨ含量在藏、土族间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），游离血—ＳＨ与血清—ＳＨ含量藏族明显低于土族（Ｐ＜０．０５）。he sulfhydryl(─SH)content in whole blood,isolated─protein blood and serum were mea-sured in 113 healthy aged people of Tibetan and Tu nationality at Huangnan region(2 450m)ofQinghai with the method of electric current titration. The data indicated that the SH content ofwhole blood was not significaiitly different in Tibetan and Tu nationality (P> 0.05),the SHcontent of isolated protein blood and serum in Tibetan was significantly lower than that in Tu nationality(P<0. 05).
