摘　　要：作者依据国内外氯碱生产用水水平和用水定额,在对国内有关重点氯碱企业合理用水、节约用水经验总结的基础上,提出了节水减污技术途径和措施.并应用该成果制定了沈阳化工厂节水减污的实施方案.According to the levels and quotas of water consumption in chlor-alkali industry at home and abroad and on the basis of summarizing the experiences on rationalized consumption and saving of water in major chlor-alkali enterprises in this country a proposal on technical measures for water saving and pollution abatement was raised and on the base of this proposal the enforcement plan on water saving and pollution a-batement of the Shenyang Chemical Plant has been worked out.
