摘  要:用电沉积法制备非晶态Ni_(41.5)Mo_(35.5)Fe_(23.0)合金电极。该合金电极在30wt%KOH溶液,70℃作析氢反应阴极,实验研究结果表明,合金电极对氢的析出反应具有优良的电催化性能。在200mA/cm ̄2电流密度下析氢反应过电位约90mV,在连续电解和间歇电解条件下有良好的电化学稳定性。Amorphous Ni_(41.5) Mo_(35. 5)Fe_(23.0) alloyJectrode was prepared by means ofelectrodeposition. The plating solution contained64.0g/l NiSO_4·6H_2O(A.R.),16.0g/l FeSO_4·7H_2O(A.R).9.69/1 Na_2MoO_4·2H_2O(A.R)and52.8g/1 Na_3Cit(A.R).The bath pH was adjustedto 9.80 with Na_2CO_3,(A,R).The cathodic currentdensity was 60 mA/cm ̄2.The electrocatalytic activityof the ternary alloy electrode for hydrogen evolutionreaction in 30 wt%KOH solution at 70℃ wasinvestigated.The results showed that the electrodehad high electrocatalytic activiey with hydrogenoverootential about 90 mV at 200 mA/cm ̄2.Inaddition,the amorphous Ni_(41.5) Mo_(35.5) Fe_(23.0) alloyelectrode showed excellent stability during long-termcontinuous electrlysis and a test with frequent longand short power interruptions as well as with short-Circuings.
