摘　　要：介绍了桑塔纳轿车用轴承尼龙保持架的试制过程。经材料选择,产品和模具设计,成型工艺试验,台架试验,道路试验等.已满足了主机使用要求.为我国轿车轴承尼龙保持架的国产化做出了贡献。The derploping process of the nylon holder of bearings used in the sangtana limousine is introduced. It meets the operating requirements of the principal machine through material selecting,product and mold designing , molding technology test, dais test and road test, and make contribution for the national manufacture of the nylon holder of the limousine boarings in our country.
