摘  要:用有限差分法对大型钢制球罐整体热处理的温度场进行了非稳态计算,讨论了差分方程的初边条件,指出在保证降温梯度的前提下合理选择保温层厚度和确定进排气孔尺寸是缩短工期的关键。对照工程实测表明,计算精度可满足工程要求,相对误差小于3%。By use of the finite diffeience method ,the calculating of unsteady temperature field of steel spherical tank,during to be heat-treated in whole, has been done. The boundary conditions and initial conditions of which diffetence equation are discussed. Points out, that under a certain de-mand of temperature drop the key measures for reducing the time of that heat treating are choosing a reasonable insulating layer and the sizes of air entrance/exit opening,By comparison with the results from test,the error in calculating is less then 3%,so the engineering requirement can be satisfied.[
