摘　　要：报道87例女性骨盆骨折合并阴道损伤9例(10.3%),提示阴道伤在女性骨盆骨折中并非罕见.骨盆骨折合并阴道伤造成多样、复杂的伤情,致伤机理各异.重视阴道出血等症状,常规行生殖系统检查有利于及早诊断.正确的早期处理对于防止后遗症的发生至关重要,其原则是;抢救生命,治疗骨盆骨折,合理修复阴道及邻近器官伤.Nine of 87 patients with female pelvic fracture have associated vaginal lacerations(10. 3%). So, vaginal injury is not very rare in the female cases with pelvic fractures. The condition of injuries are diversified and complex with different traumatic machanisms. For the sake of immediate diagnosis,it is helpful to pay more attention to the symptoms such as vaginal hemorrhage and perform routine examination to female reproductive system. Correct early treatment is very important to prevent the sequelae of the trauma. The principle is to save the life,treat pelvic fracture,repair vaginal lacerations and neighbor organs rationally.
