摘  要:当前单片机已成为各种仪器和装置的嵌入式部件。为简化和加快系统开发,减小体积、功耗和成本,提高可靠性、灵活性和保密性,一种集EPROM、RAM、通用I/O接口和可编程逻辑于一体的可编程系统器件 PSD应运而生。本文以美国 WSI公司 PSD3 ××为背景来介绍这种芯片。Microcontroller has been become a embeded cell in various instruments and equipment recent- ly. Programmable System Device packs all the EPROM, SRAM, I/O interface and programmable logic in one chip. It has a wonderful performance for interfacing microcontroller to form a system. It could save board space and development time, and reduce power consumption and hardware cost, and enhance system reliability and flexibility. This paper desribes the feature of PSD by in- troduing PSD 3 ××,which producted by Waferscale Integration Inc.
