摘  要:雄性大鼠48只,按体重随机分为4组,每组12只。用醋酸铅经饮水染毒,含量分别为0%、0.05%、0.1%、0.2%,45天处死各组动物的一半,余下一半90天时处死。45天时发现,大鼠血液铅浓度随染毒剂量的升高而增高。血液中钙调素含量的变化虽无显著性差别,但呈逐渐降低趋势。各剂量组大鼠下丘脑、睾丸和精子中钙调素含量与对照组相比均有不同程度的降低。90天时血铅浓度和血液中钙调素的变化与45天基本一致,其中以中、高剂量组钙调素的降低最为明显。本研究从性腺轴的多个环节证实了铅对钙调素的影响。To inquire into the mechanism of acetate lead on hypothalamic-pituitary-testis axis, 48 S. D. male rats were divided into four groups (0%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%) in the experiment. Half of each group were killed on 45 day, the others were sacrificed on 90 day. The results indicated that the blood lead levels were increased with the dose, the blood calmodulin levels of all exposed groups in 45 days experiment were lower than the control, P>0. 05. The same results were also found in other organs. In 90 days experiment, the changes of CaM of all organs were the same as the 45 days experiment. The CaM levels of testis in 0. 1% group (46. 59±10. 3μg/100mg)and 0.2% group (45.58±6.63μg/100mg)were signiflcantly lower than the control (78.67±14.75μg/100mg and 0.05% group (62.23±12.12μg/100mg), respectively, P<0. 05. According to the results above, it indicated that lead could affect CaM in different links of male sexual axis.
