职业接触TNT对神经行为功能影响的研究

摘　　要：采用ＷＨＯ神经行为核心测试组合（ＮＣＴ８）对５９名无临床症状的ＴＮＴ作业工人进行了测试，另以５３名非ＴＮＴ作业的健康工人为对照。结果表明，接触组的疲劳情绪得分明显高于对照组，数字跨度顺叙分及总分、目标追踪Ⅱ正确数及总数得分均明显低于对照组。接触组不同暴露年限的分层比较结果表明，随着暴露年限的延长；作业工人的抑郁、愤怒及疲劳等情感状态得分显著增高，数字跨度顺叙分及目标追踪Ⅱ正确数和总数得分则显著降低。另外．以不同尿ＤＮＡＴ浓度分组比较也得出类似结果。提示：ＴＮＴ对作业工人神经行为功能有一定的影响，可使作业工人消极憎绪增加，记忆力减退，注意力分散及心理运动稳定度下降，且存在着接触年限－效应关系。WHO’s Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery was applied to assess a group of 59 workers exposed to TNT,who had no clinical manifestations;A well-matched group of 53 unexposed workers was taken as the control.The results showed that the exposed group had significantly higher scores in mental fatigue than that of the control.The total scores,the scores of digit span forward,and pursuit aiming Ⅱ in exposed group were significantly lower than those of the control group. stratified comparisons on the basis of exposure years showed that with the increase of exposure length,the testing scores of depression,anger and fatigue became significantly higher in exposed group. However,the scores of digit span forward and pursuit aiming Ⅱ became significantly lower in exposed group.Meanwhile,similar results were obtained by stratified comparisons on basis of concentration of DNAT in urine. The data mentioned above indicated that there were certain effects of TNT on the neurobehavioral performance in exposed workers,characterized as increase of depression in mood states and poorer memory,which might affect ones concentration and psychological steadiness to a certain extent.The data also indicated that there was a relationship between the exposure length and the effect.
