电子元件厂女工职业应激与精神健康研究

摘　　要：采用ＳＣＬ－９０症状自评量表、Ｇｏｌｄｂｅｒｇ＇ｓ普通健康调查表和Ｍａｃｌｅａｎ＇ｓ职业应激调查表对电子元件厂７６５名作业女工精神状况进行了调查，研究发现其精神神经自觉症状、精神健康得分、精神卫生异常率和职业应激程度明显增高，提示女工精神健康受到影响，并与职业应激程度有关。Mental health and Occupational stress among 765 workers of electronics industry were studied,using self-report symptom inventory(SCL-90),Goldberg's general questionaire and Maclean's work stress questionaire,The results showed that subjective symptoms and the scores of mental health and occupational stress found in female workers were remarkably and significantly higher than those of controls. The results supported that certain work in electronics industry might have some effects on mental health.The influence in mental health might be correlated with occupational stress.
