摘  要:本文介绍了我院在安装调试和使用Brain-SCANX刀治疗系统过程中相关物理参数的测量方法及质量控制的技术要求。主要包括:(1)St、TMR、OAR的测量,(2)直线加速器机械稳定性及等中心点的校准,(3)人体不均头模检验治疗计划与实际治疗中剂量分布的差异,(4)对每一例治疗计划中数据验证及核查。经过双方论证,相关物理参数的测量值和机械性能均达到X刀治疗的质量控制要求。X刀已成为可部分替代神经外科手术的新方法,必须增强X刀治疗的质量保证与控制的意识,以保证其安全、有效。rain SCAN X-knife treatment system has been imported and applied in Nangfang Hospital. Methodsof the quality assurance and the relative physical measurement have been introduced in this report. Thesemethods are included as follows:(1)Measurement of St、TMR and OAR。(2)Calibration of the linearaccelerator,the isocenter accuracy check and laser beam precision adjustment.(3)Phantom treatmentand dose verification.(4)Verification of the computer treatment plan.The results suggested that thedifferential ratio of the relative geometric and dosimetric parameters in measurement were less than twopercent,winston-Luts film test showed the taget isocenter view on films were conincidence withing theradiation beam at eight different gantry and turntable positions,Phantom treatment indicated that thedose distribution was correspond to the isodose curve.The need for high geometric and dosimetricaccuracy in stereotactic radiosurgery requires a special radiosurgical quality assurance program。 It iscritical that each step of the quality assurance procedure must be carried out without variation to ensurethe effect and safety during stereotactic radiosurgery
