摘　　要：为了配合前脑连合纤维切断术的需要，本文对３０例正常成人脑标本探索在前连合前，胼胝体各梯度的厚度、坐标值、胼胝体各梯度在ｙ、ｚ轴上与侧脑室前角所成的夹角等，观测结果可为临床提供选择和设计胼胝体前部毁损术的最佳部位。Accirdubg to the surgical need of cutting off progencephalon association fibers,the thickness ofvaried granient coordinate value of corpus collosum, supeificial distance of brain,the angle formed by thevaried gradient of corpus callosum and anterior horn on the y and z axis were meaisured in 30 ax1uIt brainspeciments the observation can provide the best choice and design of optimum position for destroying theanterior part of corpus collosum in clinical practice。
