桥梁施工中业主向承包商索赔的分析

摘　　要：本文论述了在桥梁工程施工中，由于承包商的违约给业主造成经济损失，业主有权利用合同与法律向承包商索赔并扣回工程款；分析和研究了据ＦＩＤＩＣ合同条款进行索赔的内容与方法。This paper describes the employer's economic damages due to contractor’s default in bridge construction,employer is entitled to obtain a refund from the contractor according to contract and law, This paper also analyses the content and way of employer’s claims of damage in accordance with the provisions in FIDIC of the edition.
